In accordance with the provisions of Articles 6-III and 19 of Law No. 2004-575 of June 21, 2004 for "Confiance dans l'économie numérique" (Confidence in the Digital Economy Act), known as L.C.E.N., users and visitors, hereinafter the "User", of the site corolair.com, hereinafter the "Site", are informed of the present legal notice. The connection and the navigation on the Site by the User imply the integral acceptance and without reserve of the present legal mentions. The latter are accessible on the Site under the heading "Legal Notice".

The Site is published by Corolair SAS, with a capital of 15,703.40 euros, registered in the Commercial Register of Créteil under the number 949 255 566, whose head office is located at 112 avenue de Paris, 94300 VINCENNES CEDEX.

Article 2 — The host

The Site is hosted by Vercel, whose head office is located at 440 N Barranca Ave, Covina, CA 91723, United States.

Article 3 — Access to the site

The Site is accessible at any place, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, except in the event of force majeure, scheduled or unscheduled interruption, and which may result from a maintenance requirement. In the event of modification, interruption or suspension of the Site, the Editor cannot be held responsible.

Article 4 — Data collection

In application of Law No. 78-17 "relative à l'informatique, aux fichiers et aux libertés" (Information Technology, Computer Files and Freedoms Act) amended dated January 6, 1978, and of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on April 27, 2016, the User has the right to access, rectify, delete and oppose their personal data. The User exercises this right by email to the address legal@corolair.com.

Any use, reproduction, distribution, marketing, or modification of all or part of the Site without the Publisher's authorization is prohibited and may result in legal action and prosecution as provided for in particular by the Intellectual Property Code and the Civil Code.
