Who we are
Raison helps organisations bring AI mastery to 100% of their teams, not just a handful of early adopters, so they can actually succeed in the AI era.
We started from a simple observation: companies are buying AI. Almost none of them are getting good at it. Tools get licensed, a few power users pull ahead, and everyone else is left to figure it out on their own, on their own time, with their own tools. That gap doesn't close on its own. We built Raison to close it, deliberately, for every employee.
The problem we're solving
97% of business leaders believe AI will transform their company. Only 4% are seeing substantial value from it today.
That's not a tooling problem. It's a training problem. Most organisations still treat AI adoption like a one-time event, a seminar, an e-learning module, a Copilot license handed out and forgotten. AI tools change every quarter; that kind of training is out of date before it finishes rolling out.
Raison is a people-centric AI mastery platform built to close this gap properly:

What we do

For corporate teams
Our core product is a people-centric AI mastery platform for HR, L&D, and business leaders who need their whole organisation fluent in AI, not just a few champions.
It's built around three modules:
- Micro-trainings & tests, delivered by Socrates - bite-sized AI lessons and knowledge checks, right inside Microsoft Teams or Slack, so nobody has to leave their workflow to learn
- AI Forum - a shared space that centralises the best prompts and agents your employees are already building, so good practice spreads across the company instead of staying siloed with one person
- Guidelines & governance - the framework that lets you scale the AI use cases that are actually working, safely and consistently, across every team

For higher education
Our second product brings AI teaching assistants into universities and business schools, embedded directly in Moodle, Canvas, or Microsoft Teams, so learners get 24/7 personalized support without ever leaving the tools they already use. Educators stay in control of their content and pedagogy through Trainer in the Loop, our approach to keeping humans firmly in charge of how AI teaches.

Why it matters
AI mastery isn't about knowing more prompts than the next person. It's about an entire organisation, or an entire student body, being able to use AI well, every day, without losing the judgment that made them good at their job in the first place. That's the outcome we build toward, for every team and every learner we work with.
Our story
We're a small team of passionate entrepreneurs who believe learning needs to be reinvented for the age of AI, not incrementally, but from the ground up.
Raison is a pre-seed company building a best-in-class platform for training organisations, across Higher Ed and Corporate Learning. We think there's a real risk in this moment: as AI takes over more of how people learn, work, and get things done, it's easy for the humans who guide that learning - teachers, trainers, managers - to get pushed to the side. We're betting on the opposite outcome. We're building Raison so that institutions and companies stay the trusted stakeholders for how people learn, acquire skills, and ultimately find a job, with AI as the accelerant, not the replacement.
We're still early, and we like it that way. We're iterating hands-on with design partners across the world, including in the US, shaping AI teaching assistants, AI-first trainings, learner analytics, and human-in-the-loop workflows directly with the people who'll use them every day. It's the start of a real shift in how humans learn at scale, and we'd rather build it with our users than for them.
Life at Raison

We work out of Station F in Paris, the world's biggest startup campus, as part of its flagship Founders Program. It's the right kind of home for what we're trying to do: hundreds of early-stage teams building under one roof, and a building designed for exactly the kind of "start from scratch, move fast" work that reinventing learning for the AI era demands.
Security & compliance
Raison is built by Corolair SAS, based in France. The platform is fully GDPR-compliant, data is hosted on Azure in France, and nothing your team or your learners share with Raison is ever used to train public AI models.
